As the L&D Manager at EMR, Tom has responsibility for the delivery of Early Careers strategy and framework across the business. Having spent 6 years as the Early Careers Manager at Bentley Motors and as a member of the North West Apprentice Ambassador Network's Board, he has a wealth of experience in designing and delivering Early Careers programmes.
