Our family business was established in 1981 by my father Shane and grandfather Denis. I have been with the company permanently now for 10 years, but have been raised up within the metal recycling setting (I was even born on the site). I am currently a Company Director alongside my brother Will and father Shane who is the managing Director. My role with in the business includes all aspects of the running of the site covering daily operations, Human Resources, weighbridge, environmental, health and safety, marketing & accounting. I am currently the Co-Chair for the Young British Metal Recyclers (YBMR) for BMRA Members aged 40 and under. I am also involved in 2 committees in the BMRA.
